Where would we be without Will and his family from Musset Holdings!? A small family run farm who work tirelessly to produce trace-free, nutrient-packed, and sustainably raised produce for the lucky locals of the Southern Highlands. From our late orders, to repeat deliveries (oops – sorry Will!) we can take pride in knowing that we can showcase ingredients which are sourced from the best – straight from land which is nurtured for the benefit of tomorrow.

Maugers Meats

Here’s one to get the salivary glands working… it’s meat like you’ve never had it before. The Mauger family are meticulous about grass-fed, slow-growing and welfare-forward management, handpicking suppliers around the Southern Highlands who also see the value in raising animals with this ethos. A well-lived and happy life directly correlates to the quality and flavour of the final product, and we are privileged to honour and showcase this concept. Ethically raising cattle and sheep for 3 generations, these guys know a thing or two about caring for land and regenerative, sustainable production.

Red Leaf Farm

Another one for the ‘family run, sustainably producing’ books! This busy family raise a selection of free range, organic, heritage breeds and believe us when we say it’s a treat for the tastebuds. They too run farm tours, with a passion for education about where food really comes from, and how we can sustainably and ethically grow and raise it.
