A ‘Meet the Supplier & Tasting’ Event

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16TH 2026

Join us for an open-fire long lunch celebrating local produce, the growers who nurture it, and the seasonal menus that bring it all together.

Hosted alongside Ember Assembly, this exclusive tasting experience gives you the opportunity to meet the team behind your celebration, connect with local suppliers, and sample some of the most popular dishes from our event menus.

Begin with a selection of savoury canapés before gathering around the table with fellow couples for a shared feast of fire-cooked mains and seasonal sides. Finish the afternoon with a selection of our signature sweet canapés.
Whether you’re planning a wedding, special event or private celebration, bring along your ideas and discover how we can create a feast your guests will remember long after the last plate is cleared.

Seats are limited to $280 per couple. Should you choose to book Incendia for your event, the full ticket price will be credited towards your final invoice – making the tasting experience complimentary.
