With an endless scope of talent, creativity, professional skill, and personal love, a wonderful gathering of people celebrated connection into a long Highlands afternoon.

‘Love A Fair’ Bowral

Planning your wedding? This is the perfect place for couples to meet and greet vendors and suppliers at the ultimate wedding showcase. Connect with other couples over a ticketed long-lunch hosted by us, or sample our canape options as you plan your event with the expertise of professionals on-site.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 1ST 2026

How can we express how excited we were to join in on this occassion – Canberras biggest street food event, held only twice a year. This is one for the people – menu items capped at $18, free entry, live entertainment (fire twirling, bands, and a bonfire centerpiece), local restaurants, street vendors, cafes and food artists. Come down to find us selling our favourite over-fire snacks – lamb ribs dripping in mezcal bbq goodness, in-shell scallops with nduja, duck fat & guanciale oysters, squid skewers with a bone marrow chimichurri. Need convincing? Here’s a sample of what you could have expected:

For the extra-curious and those wanting to really immerse themselves in the event, we were excited to host a limited number of masterclasses. Four sessions with 10 spaces only, our amazing guests got hands on with Chef Matty Roberts as they learnt how to clean and handle various proteins, select & make marinades, sauces, and various condiments, how to cook over fire, take home their own recipie booklets – and most importantly – EAT!
